We give you the freedom of employment or the freedom to employ anyone that you want and complying with the Dutch labour law. We secure all the payments and administration regarding the mandatory payments like taxes and wages.

We offer Dutch employers what they need to comply with local labor laws to avoid financial risks when they wish to hire or engage employees with a different nationality. Think about:

If your prospective employee is not an EU citizen, the candidate will need an IND-recognized sponsor. The IND is the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the Netherlands. We hold the statues of the referent. This means that the procedure of hiring/ onboarding is no longer your problem. We take care of it.
